We are a group of investors that are professionals in the real estate industry from real estate brokers to mortgage brokers, to hard money investors and remodeling teams.  We buy houses, multiplexes and raw land for reselling or renting.  We are currently working in Washington State, specifically Seattle - King County and Snohomish County areas and in Kootenai county, Idaho, specifically the Lake Couer d'Alene area.
